2. Mental faculties, taking good things in a bad manner and vice-versa.

3. Objects of sense organs, unidentifying the true status of an organ.

The major factor for above all disease is stress, stress is an feeling that deactivates the brain normal functionality that inturn causes various other elements in our body.

Stress may be Psychological or Physiological.
